They should just remove this from the App Store and call it a day!

Kbb if you are reading it you should be ashamed of providing an app of this kind. Its is super slow, not compatible with ios 9 properly and search results take forever to load. A company of your stature should at least live up to the services its providing. You should take this app off the store dont just keep it here for the heck of it. I usually dont write reviews good or bad but today i went out to search cars and this app tested my patience to the limits. Hope the KBB team reads it and improves.

I just downloaded this even with the low rating,I figured its free so how bad could it be. I thought it was great,did what it was supposed to. No problem with it,fast and easy to use. Loved it. Need l say more.

I like using kbb but this app is terrible. It seems old and outdated like no work was put into it.

Iv never deleted an app so fast.

Slow, full of ads, doesnt work at all half the time. Dont bother.

Worked ok. Ads get in the way. Searched two cars and didnt have the motor options that I have. Also downloaded kbb app titled "car buying" which works great with the correct options unlike this app. This has 500+ review while the other has 24... So maybe its a reboot? Idk. Please delete this app from google play.

With the new update I cant use it without a valid zip code which I dont have because I live in Canada

Loved kbb as a banker it was a great resource. Now it is cluttered and unreliable. Less flash and more info would be more helpful. User interface not good. :(

this used to be a great app, but now locks up, runs slow and way too many ads. Bring the old one back!

It work fine, and dont like they way, i was better before now everything change and difference . What happened

Difficult to navigate. Ads keep popping up in the middle of typing. Dropped everything and made me restart from the beginning. Pretty sucky app.

Horrible

Id give zero if possible, takes much longer to get a value compared to older versions. Also sometimes its impossible to select a year or other options as they are at the bottom overlapped with an advertisement.

I cant even find my truck on this app (to be fair, I cant even find it on the KBB mobile site either). It shouldnt be too hard to find a relatively common pickup (2011 F-150 STX Supercab). According to KBB, the only Supercab F-150 made in 2011 was a Raptor with the 6.2 V8. What a load of crap. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

This app is complete garbage and has been for a long time. Their website isnt any better either. KBB needs to fix this issue. They have a wealth of info just no way to access it. JUNK!!

Tried finding the value of a Buick and wouldnt let me select LeSabre

I couldnt get this app to actually work. Its awful. KBB would better be served by not having an app than having this one.

I previously rated this app as 4 star rating. This app is currently having issues. You select make and model and the app doesnt go any further.
