Why did you have to make this so hard? I first went to your website. Could not use it, the site does not work. So I found out you have an app. NOT! Its just a wrapper for the same broken website. Ugh. First and last time to try to use you!

I was using the KBB website to find the fair market price for potential new vehicles and it was so infuriatingly slow. My new computer on fiber optic Internet cant even handle it. I downloaded this app in an attempt to locate the information faster and even on my iPhone 6s Plus its too slow to function. Sorry KBB, Im going to have to find another source for my information, the speed of your website and app make both unusable.

If I only had to look up one make, model, year, package, and miles; I would give more stars. However, if you want to consider more than one of any criteria you need to back through pages, sometime to beginning, Select-enter-next page Select-enter-next page Select-enter-next page Select-enter-next page Select-enter-next page ...this app saved me money. I am exhausted and no longer want to buy a car.

I have a v6 and when it comes to options there is only 4 cyl

Its hard to find the used car value when you have to scroll through screens full of huge ads. Be careful scrolling as you might accidentally click on an ad. This app feels like one of those click bait web sites that has a minefield of fake buttons among the one you need to press.

All the app is a website

This app is insanely riddled with a ridiculous amount of advertisements. You can hardly go a single screen without having an extremely slow loading ad pop up. Overall the app is sluggish at best. Here have another advertisement!

Everything works but the videos and if you want to watch and see the car you want to purchase the video is important so I had to go to another site to see the escape in action, I suggest you update this app so videos can be watched.

Got this hoping itd be better than their website-- and got the same thing, webview, wrapped in an app. Same crummy experience as their mobile website.

Im looking to buy a vehicle and this app was obviously designed by someone who never had to use it. The information is all in there but the dismal usability makes this app a bust.

Not a real app: just mobile web pages. There was even an ad to download the app itself! Not updated since 2014.

Its a good source of information for sure but, the layout is weird and i cant scroll through the customer reviews.

The app feels like a beta. Hasnt been updated in two years. KBB has abandoned their mobile presence.

Looked for negative stars...EVERYTHING is wrong with this app...navigation, adds everywhere, get lost on every page looking for exit step, pages take too long to load. Huge waste of time. Couldnt delete it fast enough. Get your act together KBB! Youre way behind the curve.

This "app" is pure junk. This isnt really an app at all. Its just a garbage browser window that shows there mobile sit. Worthless.

Slow. Unresponsive. Hard to navigate. Constant interruptions from ads. Everything an app should not be. Seems to be nothing more than a shell for the website.

One of the problems I always had with the main website of kelly bluebook.com was you had to click so many things and go through so many pages just to get the information you wanted and this app is actually worse. Its slow its tedious and the ads absolutely drive you bonkers. Not to mention when you get to the page with the information you seek you have to scroll down five or six times just to get to it. This thing needs a complete redesign: simpler faster and easier to use! I have deleted the app! I recommend you do the same. If you want help I have a talented design team who can create you a real app!
