I used this app all the time in the past, but this new update was made by an idiot! Keep it simple stupid

Its stuck on 2003 Ford Explorer and wont let me change the year even after closing and restarting app...Worthless!

I do not take the time to knock things if they work even halfway decently - this APP is truly a MESS. A complete waste of time. I have used KBB for 35+ years. If they cannot clean up this APP quickly, I am moving on...

I dont find it to be to slow yet it can be laggy at times. The only issue Im having with is when I go to search for a car to buy it doesnt use my location. Itll give me a car that is way to far away to even think about getting. I tried putting in my area code so many times but still wont use it. Please fix...

Company Didnt put any thought into this app

Use to be good now the app doesnt work right, some cars you cant select it the years available is incorrect. Deleted it already after being installed 5mins.

KBB took a great, functional, easy to use app and pretty much destroyed it. The interface is slow and clunky and you have just wade through listings to find what youre looking for instead of being able to easily search for make and model. They dont even list all versions of a model anymore. KBB, just revert back to the previous version and youll have a 4- or 5-star app again.

Well I downloaded this app to figure out my cars value. Then I seen you can look up new and used cars for sale. I was excited. Put in all the information it need to find me a car in my area. Well it wont even look up cars around me. Im getting cars in Hawaii and Organ and California. I live in South Carolina. Uninstalling as soon as Im done writing this.

You cant scroll down further than year 2007 when trying to search for a used car value. Please fix this! The ads on the bottom of the screen may be to blame. Thank you.

When i go to select the model, nothing happens. I try clicking the picture, I try click directly on the words underneath, nothing happens. the app is completely unusable for me. and it would be easier and faster to use if there were just drop down menus to select from instead of having to scroll through multiple pages of pictures to select the car you want to look up

Lost for words at how disappointing this application is. Often crashes back to the home page. The positive reviews are either management at your company or people who havent been on the application for more than 2 searches. Wheres late 2000s kbb at?

This app is a joke. It used to be really useful and easy to use. The random ads that pop up are frustrating. Its slow and hard to navigate around because of the ads! Revert back to what you had before this recent version.

For some reason this app does not work whatsoever on the iPhone

"Retry internet connection" repeatedly pops up whether Im on Wi-Fi or LTE. Tried waiting for an update, but 6 months after it started doing that still not fixed.

I dont like new version, too hard to blue book used vehicles

Update; so there are drop down menus now. Appreciate that. Sometimes it wants to grab a menu item but could be service related... Now if they could put the pricing at the top instead of making me scroll all the way down to find it. What other reason are people using KBB for? Get it to the top please. Rerated to 2 stars for now. With time could bump to 3. Get the pricing where it belongs and could become a much better app. Used to be good. Crashes/freezes ALL the time! Harder to get to the car you want to look up without drop menus. Just plain bad....

If there was an award for worst app ever, this one would win by a mile. Horrible user interface designed for an iPhone from 2007 and ads every other time you tap a button.

The app is simply a mirror of the website, but is unresponsive and painfully slow. Just use safari to go to kbb.com, for the same info, at 10x the speed.

App loads. Logo shows. Thats it. Nothing else.

If I were going to design a way to frustrate a car buyer.....this is the app I would design.
